Banksy, you are pretty damn clever. Yes, LA has covered itself up in concrete, so that future generations will never know what dirt and grass are. And instead of pulling valuable rain water out of the earth, it just washes away, and we spend millions of dollars jacking water from other places and people. Paint on!
