The challenge: Give us an ocean of ads with just these 4 elements: Corona, lime, beach, great headline.

And damn did someone deliver. I’m a dark beer drinker in general, so Corona isn’t usually on my beer radar. But I LOVE their ads. They are brilliant. It can’t be easy to keep pulling off great, effective ad after great, effective ad with just these minimal elements- yet they make it look easy.

It just goes to show that when you REALLY know your product and your target, you can do just about anything, even without a huge production.

Will it get me to drink Corona? No, but they don’t care that it will. What they should care about it is that I talk about Corona all the time because of these ads, and that might just get someone else to drink it.
